Return Policy

You may return unopened merchandise in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less shipping charges.

Items that have been opened cannot be returned.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. For undelivered, unclaimed, or returned packages, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
To be eligible, return any unopened, Brand New product within 30 days of the shipping date. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before the item is shipped back.

If you receive a defective product, you may return it (after obtaining an RMA number) for a credit or exchange within 15 days of shipment.

If part of a product is defective, the entire product must be returned, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging.
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply if these terms are not met.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for refunds.
Warranty coverage is voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered, or tampered with.
Warranty is also voided due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.
